As I'm right in the middle of something,
i thought that I'd share something else that I made with my little Miss yesterday.
Actually, she made them, I just supervised.
She made Christmas Cookies...
Now before I show you the pictures, I must explain that we have NEVER made these before, and my strength clearly lies in art, not baking.
There, warning over.
How to make little Miss P's Christmas Cookies
You will need,
250 g butter, softened
140g caster sugar
2tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
Then do this...
Mix the butter and sugar together
Add the egg yolk and flour and mix it all together to make a dough.
You WILL get messy.
Flour your surface and you're ready to roll.
Cut some fancy shapes and bake in the oven until they are golden.
They disappear pretty quick, be warned.
Now for the art.
This is what I'm working on today...
It's only a little sneaky peek, I'm not finished yet, but should get it done later tonight.
